For more than a decade, Pietro has designed and led data, AI and cloud solutions for mobile and fiber operators across the US, Europe, the Gulf and North Africa. He has worked on large-scale programs: network and billing migrations, smart city platforms, fiber rollout strategies, churn and revenue optimisation, executive reporting and crisis situations such as restructuring and Chapter 11 scenarios.

This background is now deliberately redirected: PCAi-lab exists to give the same level of rigor, modelling quality and strategic thinking to smaller organisations, public-interest projects and communities that cannot or will not buy from the usual players.

Why PCAi-lab exists

After years spent maximising value for large telecom players, Pietro chose to build PCAi-lab as a lab for a different direction: using AI, cloud and data engineering to strengthen smaller actors, local ecosystems and organisations working on education, inclusion and sustainable infrastructure.

PCAi-lab is not a neutral supplier. It is a partner that will ask uncomfortable questions about power, impact and ownership, and design solutions accordingly.
